Okay, so it's officially decided that we WILL allow our characters to have powers. The only trouble is how to decide what powers people get. The choices are to pick the power you want, or to have it dictated by wing type and color.
Pros
Pick what you want: More variety, more originality, fewer limits, greater influence on the character
Dictated by wings: No requirement to tell what the special power is, makes the site 'more different' than other 'special powered people' sites
Cons
Pick what you want: More chances for god-modding and the like, more rules, another claim to make
Dictated by wings: Not much freedom for originality, "cookie cutter syndrome" (everyone's got the same dang power), more work for me (haha)
Note: Everyone will be free to make modifications to their characters' profiles after this has been decided! No one HAS to have a power! You can opt for no special power instead. This is just another option for people to add some variety to the site.
