I'm going to say yes.
Maybe they could be allowed in on a trial basis to try and integrate the students better?
Maybe just seniors or something like that? (Because seniors would be more sensitiveness and sensible.)
orrrr, maybe some kind of comprimise, like a summer camp where the two meet?
I dunno. I think it could lead to more interesting plots, but Flynn doesn't seem the sort to allow it and I don't think most students would either, so unless the goverment or something enforced the decison, I wouldn't see it happening! xD

Okay, I think there's been a little confusion. The non-winged humans wouldn't be going to school. I'd add some more boards for them, and they would live in the actual town, not at the school. Then they can run into winged students whenever and...stuff. Yeah, so now that that's cleared up, feel free to change your vote if you want.
